Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with bookings and inquiries
- Dispatch drivers efficiently using the system
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Handle customer requests and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate records of trips and communications
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Clear and professional phone manner
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous dispatch is required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
