Proudly Canadian-owned, Puddles Swim School is looking for a Customer Service Associate! This is one of the most important roles in our school — you’re the first smile families see when they walk in, the first hello kids hear when they arrive, and the face of our brand.

What You’ll Do
- Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with utmost professionalism while representing our brand positively
- Respond to emails promptly, professionally, and with strong attention to detail
- Manage student registrations, scheduling, and billing, account management efficiently using iClassPro software
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby environment
- Provide administrative and operational support to the management team
- Support merchandise sales including swim gear, apparel, and accessories
- Help create an exciting, safe, and memorable experience for every child and family who walks through our doors
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and genuinely customer-focused — you enjoy working with people and creating positive experiences
- Strong communication skills both in person and through phone/email communication
- Organized, detail-oriented, and diligent in written communication and email follow-ups
- Quick to learn new software and systems
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- A positive team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed
- Comfortable working in an environment serving children and families
