Holistic Smiles Dental Wellness is looking for a confident communicator who can build trust, guide meaningful conversations, and help patients move forward with comprehensive care.
This role is responsible for coordinating larger treatment plans, discussing financial options, following up with prospective patients, and helping patients make informed decisions about their health.
The ideal candidate:
- Has a proven track record of influencing decisions and building relationships.
- Is comfortable discussing larger investments and financing options.
- Can confidently navigate objections and difficult conversations.
- Enjoys working toward goals and measurable outcomes.
- Is highly organized, accountable, and results-driven.
Dental experience is not required. We are more interested in exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with people.
Experience in sales, business development, financial services, luxury retail, hospitality, fitness memberships, or client relationship management is highly valued.
Compensation includes a competitive base wage plus performance-based incentives.
