THE ROLE
Front of House Support Staff ( SA’s ) are essential to smooth service. This hands-on role supports servers, bartenders, heart of house and hosts while maintaining clean, prepared and guest-ready dining areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the service team with food running, table clearing, resetting and guest requests.
- Maintain clean, organized and fully stocked dining rooms, patios and service stations.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while confirming table numbers and presentation standards.
- Assist with opening, closing and event setup duties, including furniture and place settings.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, hosts and servers to support efficient service.
- Represent Pheasant Glen with professionalism, warmth and genuine hospitality.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous restaurants, banquets, events or hospitality experience is an asset.
- Positive, outgoing attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, organized and able to remain composed during high-volume service.
- Professional appearance and careful attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely carry trays, dishes and service supplies.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
