Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience
- Assist clients with hair styling requests, consultations, and product recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
- Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling inquiries
- Support retail sales by promoting products and processing transactions efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily operations and client needs
- Ensure the salon or retail space remains organized, welcoming, and professional at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, hair styling, or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and team members effectively
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to salon or retail environments is a plus
- Ability to upsell products or services while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience working at the front desk or managing appointments is advantageous but not mandatory
