Vivid Smiles Orthodontics, a modern, fully digital orthodontic practice in Mississauga, is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team for a paid weekend internship in dental administration.
Position Details
- Role: Paid Internship — Dental Administration
- Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Location: Unit 104, 3401 Ridgeway Drive, Mississauga, ON L5L 0B9
- Compensation: Paid position (rate discussed at interview)
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
- Manage scheduling and appointment coordination
- Assist with patient records, intake forms, and administrative documentation
- Support front-desk operations and basic billing/insurance tasks
- Learn the day-to-day workflow of a busy orthodontic practice
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individuals
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with patients of all ages
- Reliable and punctual for weekend shifts
- Prior administrative, customer service, or healthcare experience is an asset but not required — training provided
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (valid work permit, PR, or citizenship)
