Job Overview
Cougar Fuels is currently looking for a Dispatcher for on site refueling and lube operations at our Bonnyville location. The Dispatcher will work closely with customers and drivers scheduling the day’s deliveries. This position is a local position, on an 10/4 rotation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Complete fuel and lube orders from customers
- Plan fuel and lube deliveries for drivers
- Reconcile fuel daily for deliveries and card locks sales for multiple sites
- Daily fuel and lubricant ordering
- Processing invoices and inventory reconciliation
- Regular office work and front counter sales
- On call responsibility and warehouse cover when on-shift
Education and Experience:
- Must have a Grade 12 or a GED
- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience in a dispatch role an asset
- Previous experience in fuel delivery an asset
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong interpersonal, communication and administrative skills
- Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English
- Ability to work well independently or within a team environment
- Superior organizational skills; high attention to detail
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Self motivated, integrity and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing conditions
- Comply with company policies and procedures
