About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, personable, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support across our office, including both our Sales and Operations teams.
This is a hands-on administrative role for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, communicating with customers and staff, and helping ensure the day-to-day business runs smoothly. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking direction, managing multiple priorities, and stepping in wherever administrative support is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to management, Sales, Operations, and other departments as required.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal staff by phone and email.
- Assist with scheduling, appointments, meetings, and day-to-day coordination.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems and databases.
- Support the Operations team with scheduling, paperwork, coordination, and follow-up.
- Assist the Sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up when required.
- Monitor emails and ensure inquiries and requests are directed to the appropriate person.
- Track outstanding tasks and follow up as needed.
- Assist with general office organization and administrative duties.
- Take direction from management and assist with special projects and other tasks as required.
- Be willing to learn company processes and provide support wherever needed.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and general computer systems.
- A quick learner who is willing to take initiative and help wherever needed.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
