Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and passionate Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary operations. In this role, you will spearhead the preparation of high-quality, craft-focused meals in a dynamic kitchen environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen runs with absolute efficiency, maintaining meticulous standards of food safety, and upholding the premium quality and experience our clients expect.
Responsibilities
- Culinary Execution: Oversee and spearhead the daily preparation, cooking, and portioning of premium, craft-focused meals, ensuring strict consistency and artisanal quality.
- Kitchen Operations & Flow: Maintain meticulous organization and absolute cleanliness of the kitchen workspace, including optimal, food-safe storage practices.
- Rigorous Food Safety: Enforce and exceed all public health and food safety regulations, ensuring an uncompromising standard of hygiene for all staff and products.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, monitor ingredients for peak freshness, and proactively report shortages to maintain seamless production.
- Team Collaboration: Foster an efficient, positive, and collaborative environment in the kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution during peak hours.
Skills
- Advanced Food Safety: A deep, comprehensive understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safe practices that strictly exceeds standard food handler certification. (An absolute MUST for this role).
- Culinary Leadership: Proven experience managing meal preparation and kitchen operations within a professional food service, high-volume production, or catering environment.
- Precision & Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in ingredient quality, recipe consistency, and elegant presentation.
- Thrives Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
