Opportunity Overview
Altec Global is seeking an entrepreneurial, commission-based Immigration Client Referral Specialist to identify and refer prospective clients interested in immigration and international mobility services. Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and/or Vietnamese is required to effectively communicate with prospective clients.
This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong networking skills and established community connections who enjoys helping newcomers and internationally mobile individuals access professional immigration support.
As an independent contractor, you will operate your own business, determine your own schedule and approach, use your own resources and equipment, and be responsible for your own taxes and business expenses.
Representative Activities
- Build and maintain community and professional relationships
- Generate client referrals through networking, events, social media, and personal connections
- Conduct preliminary conversations with prospective clients and gather basic information regarding their immigration goals
- Connect prospective clients with AGI consultants for formal assessments and service discussions
- Follow up with prospects throughout the referral process
- Maintain records of referrals and business development activities
- Promote AGI's services professionally and ethically
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, client service, community outreach, recruiting, immigration services, education consulting, real estate, banking, or another relationship-based field
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and generate business opportunities
- Existing community connections are an asset
- Mandarin, Cantonese and/or Vietnamese language skills required
Compensation
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Compensation is based entirely on qualified referrals that result in successful client engagements.
