Job description:
Position:
We are currently looking to hire an experience Journeyman Plumber to join our team. This position is from Monday to Friday, but might require overtime based on the workflow. In some instances, after-hour calls for emergency situations may also happened.

A safe professional mentality ad a solid work ethic are important to our company culture. Someone with a strong knowledge/expertise in commercial construction and/or in general contracting.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Perform regular site visits.
- Plan, coordinate and execute plumbing installations and repairs.
- Ensure work meets the code compliance and company standards.
- Ensure the work is completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure a good communication with the on-site General Contractor.
- Handle the day-to-day activities on job sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Working on tools as needed to ensure work schedule is maintained.
Necessary for employment:
- Prior experience in a similar position (5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of blueprints reading, schematics, and quality control.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Skilled with computers.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize emergencies.
- Knowledge/expertise in commercial construction and/or in general contracting.
- Proficient in using power and hand tools and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, resources, and personnel.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Safety tickets: Fall Protection, CSTS, WHMIS, etc. - Training can/will be provided for the hired candidate, in the course of employment.
- Valid Driver's license.
