Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in various graphic design software. This role requires innovation, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate ideas visually. The Graphic Designer will work on a variety of projects, including branding, marketing materials, and digital content.
Duties
● Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials in order to meet their needs
● Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication
● Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives
● Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements of the subjects to be rendered using traditional tools, multimedia software and image processing, layout and design software
● Estimate cost of materials and time to complete graphic design
● Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials, such as Web sites,Web Banners and interactive terminals
● Coordinate sub-contracting Work in a multidisciplinary environment
● Develop and execute original packaging designs that effectively communicate brand identity and enhance customer experience, ensuring the final product is visually compelling and functional.
● Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure feasibility of designs and troubleshoot any production issues that arise.
● Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Develop and manage dynamic digital assets, including responsive email templates, social media content, promotional graphics, and informational digital files, ensuring optimal functionality across platforms.
● Collaborate with e-commerce and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and adherence to web usability standards while optimizing design for user experience (UX).
● Convert wireframes into highly functional, user-centric interfaces, focusing on performance and accessibility.
● Coordinate with the IT department to ensure seamless deployment and integration of new digital content into existing systems.
● Provide strategic input on the visual design and user experience for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
● Create engaging motion graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and video content.
● Collaborate with the design team to bring static designs to life using animation techniques.
● Develop motion assets for various projects, including product demos, explainer videos, and promotional content.
● Design and create responsive email templates that are visually appealing, aligned with the brand, and optimized for various devices and email clients. Ensure all email designs consistently follow the company's brand guidelines while providing a user-friendly experience.

Job Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Social Communication or related area.
● Required minimum experience of 3 years as a Graphic Designer
● Required experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Figma, HTML,CSS, WordPress, Mailchimp
● User Experience and User Interface knowledge are desirable
● Familiarity with email marketing platform is desirable
