Telecommunications Sales Representative
We are looking for a full-time Telecommunications Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Every day, you'll meet people with different questions, priorities, and experiences when it comes to their home telecommunications services. Some are looking for faster internet, others want better value, and many simply appreciate having someone explain their options in a clear and straightforward way.
As a Telecommunications Sales Representative, you'll take the time to understand each customer's current services and what matters most to them. You'll compare available Internet, TV, home phone, and mobile solutions, explain the benefits of different packages, and help customers choose the options that best fit their lifestyle and budget.
Throughout it all, you'll receive ongoing training, coaching, and support from experienced team members as you continue building valuable communication, customer service, and sales skills.

Primary Responsibilities
- Review customers' current services and help identify opportunities to improve their overall package
- Introduce Internet, TV, home phone, and mobile solutions in a clear, informative, and approachable manner
- Compare available plans, features, and promotions to help customers make confident decisions
- Build lasting customer relationships through genuine conversations and professional service
- Complete service enrollments accurately while maintaining organized customer information
- Contribute to individual and team success by delivering exceptional customer experiences every day
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset and genuine interest in helping others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or telecommunications is an asset, but not required
- Full-time availability
Pay: $42,640.00-$63,960.00 per year
