This is an on-call and part- time teacher position. There is a lot of flexibility in this position. Your personal schedule will be taken into account. You will notified in advance if a shift is available. You will be provided with a day/ week plan that you will need to follow.
We are a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) based Academy offering programs in STEM related areas from grade PRE-K to Grade 12 in addition to regular subjects. We are looking for a committed STEM oriented Primary Teacher to complement our qualified instructors. You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the Academy and Community Center's requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instructions to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.
The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process. For this position we are looking for a candidate who must have a background in Education in teaching Primary Grades. The candidate must possess an educational degree in these areas.
