The successful candidate should have general body shop experience and familiarity with the automotive industry. The individual must be accurate and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude are required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for customers before, during and after the repairs. Providing high quality customer service
- Providing accurate collision estimates and following up with customers to book in for repairs
- Write supplements when necessary while vehicles are in for repairs
- Provide accurate and competitive estimates on collision repairs
Skills and Specifications:

At least 2-3 years experience writing collision repair estimates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients.
- Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.
- Sound understanding of all collision repair process.
- Ability to negotiate with clients.
- Experience with Mitchell estimating and Audatex
- Valid drivers license and clean abstract
- Experience dealing with insurance companies
