Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pool Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom pools, ensuring precise construction, and delivering outstanding results that exceed client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while honing your construction skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

- Prepare sites by performing excavation, concrete forming, and setting foundation structures
- Install plumbing, and other mechanical components with precision and adherence to safety standards
- Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely to complete installation tasks efficiently

Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site work, including pool or similar heavy infrastructure projects
- PUNCTUAL, HARDWORKING & RELIABLE
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- PHYSICAL ABILITY TO LIFT HEAVY MATERIALS & WORK IN AN OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT
- Experience with plumbing, , concrete forming, masonry, is highly desirable
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL
- STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY OR AS PART OF A TEAM
- VALID DRIVER LICENSE - ABSTRACT REQUIRED
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality workmanship

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour
