Overview:
We are seeking a part time (3 - 4 shifts per week), including weekends MORNING skilled, experienced and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with food preparation as needed
Skills:
- Serving it right required, the food industry REQUIRED
- Ability to work well in a high volume environment while delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of food service procedures and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
