`Job Summary`
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sewer and Drain Cleaning Technician to join a new and expanding company. As a Drain CleaningTechnician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and excellent people and problem-solving skills.
`Responsibilities`
- Travel to client locations to address drain issues
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on drains
- Diagnose and resolve drain issues in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Document all service activities, including repairs and parts used
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and inventory
`Requirements`
- Proficiency in using hand tools
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Plumbing or Drain Cleaning Experience Required.
