Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Professional(s) to join our team. One role involves mostly performing vehicle diagnostics. The other role requires vehicle sales. The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong background in sales and/or automotive repair, mechanical knowledge, and experience working with various tools and schematics. This position offers an opportunity to work independently with a focus on quality service and technical expertise.
Duties
- Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Maintain detailed records
- Customer assistance, experience and support
- Working under a strict Code of Ethics
Skills
- Proven dealership experience OR
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Experience in troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs needed or completed
- Knowledge of vehicle systems including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Sales applicants must demonstrate advanced knowledge of vehicle sales, trade-in negotiations, dealership procedures, and customer service.
Mechanical Applicants: Applicants will be required to demonstrate their technical knowledge, diagnostic ability, inspection methodology, and professional judgment. Relevant education, certification, or verifiable industry experience will be considered. Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate competency in their area of expertise.
