About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Commercial Fleet Sales Specialist to grow our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with companies and farms to understand their fleet needs, recommend tailored solutions, and build long-term partnerships.
Our ideal candidate is someone with automotive sales experience, who could benefit not only from a large inventory and order bank but working close to home in Carleton Place.
We are looking for someone who enjoys selling on the road. Our fleet customers are busy people and need us to go to them. Whether it be a farm, job site or business - our hired candidate must be comfortable going TO the customer. You should not expect to be able to pick up floor traffic. The ideal candidate will be able to bring some of their own customers.
We opened our Commercial Truck Centre back in 2023 and already have plans to expand. It is important to us to not only sell the vehicle, but offer great service when it comes to maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities within target industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and fleet managers
- Conduct needs assessments and present customized fleet solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
- Stay up to date on product offerings, financing options, and industry trends
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive or fleet sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$142,462.19 per year
