We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor – Education & Admissions to lead our sales process, manage inbound inquiries, convert qualified leads, and support day-to-day administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and support the sales/admissions team in daily operations.
- Manage inbound calls, messages, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students/clients and convert qualified leads.
- Explain available programs, services, admission requirements, and next steps.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up notes, and client information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to admissions, client files, payments, and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students, clients, and referral partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience working in the education industry, private college sector, training programs, or student recruitment.
- Knowledge of immigration-related services or Canadian study/work pathways will be an advantage.
- Experience in inbound sales or admissions team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to professionally communicate with students, and internal team members.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and/or Punjabi is an asset (Optional Requirement).
Pay: $17.20-$24.00 per hour
