Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Laundry and Customer Service Person to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for a friendly hard working person. you must be able to work in a hot environment and have good people skills. No experience necessary as we are willing to train. Duties include serving customers at counter ,cash and doing laundry. Shifts would be 2 to 3 days per week from 11 to 7 Monday to Friday. Must be fluent in writing English as you will be required to enter customers names into the computer.

Duties
- Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other textiles efficiently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including sorting, folding, and storing items in designated locations
- Assist guests with their laundry needs, providing friendly and prompt service to ensure a positive experience
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, addressing concerns
- Support cleaning duties around the facility to uphold hygiene standards and contribute to a tidy environment
- Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning supplies and laundry machinery to prevent accidents or damage
- Keep accurate records of laundry loads processed.
Skills
- Previous hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality operations is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of laundry procedures, including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal techniques
- Experience with cleaning tasks and maintaining sanitation standards in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail to ensure all laundry is handled correctly and customer requests are fulfilled accurately
- A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
