Location: Foothills Industrial Park, Calgary, AB — near 9705 68 St SE
Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience

We are hiring experienced CNC Machinists to operate CNC lathes and/or mills in a production environment. This role is responsible for producing quality parts safely, accurately, and efficiently while following established quality and safety standards.
What you will do:
- Safely operate CNC lathes and/or CNC mills
- Complete pre-use inspections of machinery, tooling, and equipment
- Load and unload raw materials safely and correctly
- Monitor machine operation and identify issues with tooling, inserts, programs, or finished parts
- Make tool wear offset adjustments and change inserts as required
- Measure in-process and finished parts using precision measuring tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and traveller documents
- Identify and report parts that are out of specification
- Deburr, mark, and prepare finished parts for the next production stage
- Maintain accurate material counts and verify correct materials are being used
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Report machine, tooling, material, or process issues to the supervisor promptly
What you bring:
- Experience operating CNC lathes and/or CNC mills
- Ability to safely navigate machine controls, perform emergency stops, and complete routine inspections
- Experience with tool wear offsets and insert changes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Comfortable using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Safe use of hand, power, and pneumatic tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
