Reports to: Manager, Business Development
Wildpack is a rapidly growing and established co-packaging and co-manufacturer with multi-site facilities for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Wildpack produces and packages ready-to-drink beverages for a variety of brand owners in the retail CPG space.

About this role
Wildpack is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join the business which is focused on selling beverage manufacturing services and shrink-sleeved aluminum cans to beverage producers in North America. The position is available if a candidate lives in Baltimore, MD, Longmont, CO, or Las Vegas, NV. The primary focus of the role is to work with our sales team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

A day in the life: What you do
Manage, nurture, and convert leads into sales opportunities
Identify strong potential prospects to generate outbound lead opportunities
Build relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
Maintain accurate sales information and activity reports
Input opportunities in the CRM and follow the funnel process
Qualifications: What you know
1-3 years in sales
An understanding of packaging, printing and beverage manufacturing industry and a desire to help brand owners grow their presence in the retail space is an asset
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Ability to be critiqued based on sales results
Experience using a customer management software (CRM)
Strong teamwork skills
Desire to advance
Willingness to fail fast and learn as a team
