Position Summary
Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations for power generation and electrical distribution projects. This role works closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, engineers, and the sales team to develop competitive proposals and ensure timely quotation delivery.
Responsibilities
· Review RFQs, specifications, drawings, and bid documents.
· Prepare quotations for generators, transformers, switchgear, and other power equipment.
· Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and engineering teams to obtain technical information and pricing.
· Prepare proposal packages and supporting technical documentation.
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotations and technical requirements.
· Track quotation status and maintain accurate quotation records.
· Support contract review and project handover after project award.
· Continuously improve quotation processes, templates, and documentation.
· Assist the sales team with technical and commercial proposal preparation.
Qualifications
· Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· Experience in quotation, estimating, inside sales, or project coordination within an industrial or electrical equipment environment is preferred.
· Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.
· Quick learner with strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand new products and technical information rapidly.
· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is considered an asset.
· Experience with power generation, power distribution, or industrial equipment is considered an asset.
· Mandarin language skills are considered an asset.
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
