A Hotel Sales and Meeting Coordinator maximizes property revenue by booking on-site meeting spaces, coordinating guest room blocks, and executing seamless event logistics for corporate and social clients. Job Overview

- Collaboration: Works closely with Front Desk, Caterers, Clients
Key Responsibilities
- Inquiry & Lead Management: Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), qualify incoming group leads, and conduct site inspections/tours of meeting spaces.
- Contracting & Document Control: Prepare precise group sales contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and invoice summaries.
- Event Logistics: Coordinate audiovisual (AV) setups, room configurations, and customized catering menus with the F&B team.
- Room Block Administration: Manage group room blocks, monitor pickup dates, and process reservation modifications in the Property Management System (PMS).
- On-Site Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for meeting planners during their events to handle real-time adjustments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in hotel front desk, guest services, catering, or sales administration.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with hotel PMS and sales software (e.g., Opera, Salesforce, Amadeus Delphi, or Marsha).
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of hotels, Event planning
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence for guest relations, rapid problem-solving abilities, and strong multi-tasking skills.
Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
