We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting injection molding equipment to ensure high-quality production standards. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision, technical expertise, and adherence to safety protocols are essential. The position provides full compensation for all work performed, including internships.
Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines efficiently and safely to produce high-quality plastic parts.
- Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CNC machinery related to molding processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, including caliper measurements and quality inspections.
- Utilize hand tools and machining equipment such as CNC lathes for minor repairs or adjustments.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and lean manufacturing principles.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production data, machine settings, and inspection results.
- Assist with assembly processes as needed and coordinate with warehouse staff for material handling using forklift equipment.
- Follow safety procedures diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with knowledge of machining, assembly, and quality inspection.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot PLCs, CNC machines, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools, calipers, and basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and adjustments.
- Experience with lean manufacturing practices and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards within a manufacturing setting.
- Prior experience working with CNC lathe machines or similar machining tools is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00-$35.21 per hour
