About the Role
The Associate Director, UGME Curriculum Administration, provides effective operational leadership for the planning and delivery of Years 2 and 3 of the Medical School Undergraduate Program (UGME), including immersive clinical placements, longitudinal family medicine experiences, and elective rotations across the Fraser Health region. The role designs, implements and continuously refines the systems, processes and workflows required to deliver a high-quality, accreditation-aligned curriculum across multiple clinical sites. The Associate Director leads the operational interface between the School of Medicine and clinical partners, ensures placement readiness and consistent learner experience across sites, and works collaboratively with faculty, staff and external partners to align clinical learning experiences with curricular objectives, competency-based education principles, and accreditation requirements.
