We’re a busy, customer-focused shop open until 2 AM on weekends , and we’re currently seeking a part-time knowledgeable, energetic, and outgoing Budtender to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who values hospitality, enjoys serving others, and is looking to grow with a company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Year of Budtender experience
- Valid Sell Safe
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to work closing shifts
- Flexibility with work hours as store is open until 12am(Sunday to Thursday) and 2am(Fridays and Saturdays)
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers in a welcoming manner
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Diligent in checking government issued IDs
- Counting Inventory on a daily basis
- Upkeep knowledge about cannabis products and latest trends in the cannabis industry
- Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, and budgets
- Updating menus weekly on delivery days
- Processing payments and returns on the company dispensary point of sale
- Ensure storefront and cannabis vault are clean and well organized at all times
- Educating first time users on the products being purchased
- Organizing inventory in cannabis vault and sales area
- Must be able to lift 20-35 lb boxes on delivery days
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and terpene profiles
- Must be reliable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word..
