Allegra- Print, Mail, Marketing in Pickering is rapidly expanding and requires a Customer Service Representative.
Allegra is a diverse multi-media company that produces traditional offset and digital printing, signage, Mailing and promotional products. Our current team consists of 30+ employees working in several different departments. We strive to provide top level service to a wide range of clients in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relations
- Support External Sales Representatives with processing their clients orders
- Provide estimates, advice, and solutions to clientele
- Interact with customers to take orders and enter them into our production system
- Create, update and manage job production dockets
- Promote additional services and solutions to existing clients (upselling/cross-selling)
Candidate should possess:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Self-motivated and ability to work with little supervision.
- Strong problem solving and prioritizing ability
- Ability to multi-task and manage many projects at once.
- Able to work under pressure to meet with tight deadlines.
- Previous Printing or Signage computer estimating is an asset
- Experience in the printing, Mailing, promotional product industry or Signage is an asset, but not mandatory.
