Duties
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote products and increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
Skills
- Proficiency in food and beverage service
- Experience with cashiering and POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure
- Prior experience in hospitality is an asset
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor is crucial
