Safely operate a 5‑axle truck to transport and deliver Ready-Mix Concrete to customer and job sites
Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and ensure vehicle readiness
Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and compliance with transportation regulations
Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to support daily operations
Follow all company safety procedures to maintain a secure and efficient work environment
Strong commitment to safe driving and compliance with transportation and site protocols
Demonstrated capability to operate heavy trucks and related equipment
Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
Strong judgment and ability to work independently in various conditions
Effective communication and teamwork skills to support collaborative operations
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
Valid Class 1 or Class 3 License is required

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
