POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is customer-facing and execution-focused, requiring strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support, Issue Resolution & Escalation
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain a professional, clear, and customer-focused communication style
- Recognize customer needs and respond with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve common customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers to appropriate solutions
- Identify complex issues and escalate appropriately
- Follow up to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction
Order Processing & Administration
- Process customer orders and perform data entry using CRM/ERP systems
- Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and documentation
- Track customer inquiries, orders, and shipments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
General Office Support
- Perform clerical duties and administrative support tasks as required
- Assist with light office upkeep (e.g., shared kitchen tasks, plant care)
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 year of experience in customer service, clerical, or order entry roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) is required
- Experience with CRM or ERP is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
