Key Responsibilities:
Safely and confidently perform pole transfers to optimize telecommunications networks
Inspect and assess existing infrastructure for maintenance and upgrades
Identify and resolve connectivity issues, ensuring exceptional service for our valued customers
Collaborate with a talented team to ensure flawless communication channels
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights
Teach, coach and mentor your team!
Requirements:
3-5 Years of experience as a telecommunications linesman specializing in pole transfers
Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure
Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience teaching your craft is an asset
