About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team. You will lead projects from initial emergency response through final completion.
The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for client satisfaction, project profitability, documentation quality, schedule management, scoping accuracy, and overall project execution.
This role acts as the primary point of contact for homeowners, adjusters, consultants, subcontractors, and internal team members while ensuring projects move forward efficiently and professionally.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, sound construction knowledge, experience in the IICRC standards of care, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Client Service
· Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from first contact through project completion
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, consultants, and contractors
· Educate clients on the restoration and insurance claims process while setting clear expectations
· Maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
· Conduct site inspections, scope development, and project planning
· Monitor project progress, quality, budgets, and schedules
· Resolve project issues proactively and professionally
· Estimating & Documentation
· Prepare or oversee accurate estimates using Xactimate
· Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines
· Review photos, reports, sketches, scopes, and supporting documentation
· Ensure all files meet company, insurer, and industry documentation standards
· Identify supplements and scope changes while maintaining proper approvals and documentation
· Maintain detailed file notes and communication records
Leadership & Coordination
· Coordinate internal crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and specialty trades
· Work closely with Project Manager Assistants (PMAs), Estimators, Coordinators, and Production teams
· Provide direction, coaching, and support to field staff
· Conduct regular project reviews and communicate priorities effectively
· Ensure resources are scheduled appropriately to meet project deadlines
· Financial & Operational Performance
· Manage project budgets and job costing
· Ensure target gross profit margins are achieved
· Monitor project performance against company KPIs
· Review project financials and identify opportunities for improvement
· Support accounts receivable collection efforts as required
· Ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Safety & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
· Maintain adherence to IICRC standards and industry best practices
· Identify and mitigate project risks
· Ensure proper documentation and compliance with insurer program requirements
· Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and accountability
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
· 2+ years of project management experience in restoration, construction, insurance repair, or related industries
· Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices
· Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
· Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
· Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
· Restoration industry experience
· Xactware experience (Xactimate, XactAnalysis)
· IICRC Certifications such as WRT, FSRT, ASD, AMRT
·Experience working within insurer vendor programs and service level agreements
· Familiarity with Dash, Encircle, and restoration management software
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Occasional evenings and weekends as required
On-call rotation participation
