Job Summary
SAKSCO-Gourmet Basket Supplies, a leading importer and distributor of gourmet foods serving the North American gift trade since 1987, is seeking a dedicated Office Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Process and invoice orders accurately
- Provide customer service and support
- Assist customers at the Cash & Carry counter
- Perform data entry and other clerical tasks
- Manage filing and other general office duties
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in order desk or customer service role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service and computer skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Accounting knowledge is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00 per hour
