We are seeking friendly and energetic FOH (Front of House) staff(Cashier/Helper) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced cafe environment. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in cafe industry and hospitality is required.
[FOH Cashier/Helper Position]
*Main Role : Cashier/Support team members during busy periods to help ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
*Requirements
- Basic understanding of food service and coffee
- Strong communication and teamwork skills during busy hours
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Responsibilities & Details
- Running food to guests
- Communicating with the main till/FOH and kitchen teams
- Assisting with order handoff and guest support
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, tables, and FOH service stations
- Supporting service flow
- Cafe open/close duties(cash till close, FOH cleaning etc)
- Processing transactions, managing payments(including cash)
*Job Type: Part-time / Pay : Minimum wage + tips
*Availability(June-August)
- Must be available especially on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday
- Shift Hours : flexible during 7:30am- 8:30pm(required)
- a minimum 4-hour shift to max 7 hour shift
- At least one day during closing time availability(required)
- Holiday availability is an asset
- Flexible availability is an asset
- Possibility to extend after August
**Priority will be given to applicants available on June 21 for an afternoon-to-close shift (until 10:30 PM) due to a special event.**
*Business Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
