SocialWave Technologies Inc. is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our operations team in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Track inventory levels and identify stock requirements.
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and movement of products.
- Process inventory updates in internal systems.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation.
- Support purchasing and replenishment activities.
- Assist with improving inventory control processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, warehouse coordination, or supply chain operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with inventory software, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems is an asset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
