Jutzi Water Technologies is currently seeking a full time Industrial/Commercial Water Treatment Junior Account Manager for the London area.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Service
- Conduct customer site visits and required service including system water tests, preventative maintenance, consultations, and customer relations
- Ensure test equipment is calibrated and maintained
- Generate electronic service reports
- Troubleshoot and implement continuous improvements with clientele
- Maintain professional working relationships with prospects and clients
- Maintain contracts and ensure customer information is up to date
- Maintain customer inventory and place orders with ample notice
Sales
- Prospecting by cold calling and sales strategies etc. to obtain new clientele
- Increase sales and customer base
- Maintain up to date prospect list
- Complete customer sales quotes

- Detailed oriented
- Initiative and self-starter; identifies issues and resolves them accordingly
- Mechanically inclined and oriented
- Quick learner; able to pick up on duties quickly and efficiently
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new technologies
- Team player with the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse workforce
- Ability to work independently
- Valid G-Class driver’s license – willing to travel to customer locations (vehicle allowance or vehicle provided)
- WHMIS, TDG and Safety training will be provided. Experience and additional training (i.e., First Aid) is an asset
- Security Clearance and record check will be required
Education & Experience:
- Post-Secondary degree/diploma and/or trade apprenticeship an asset
- Technical experience in the water treatment industry an asset
- Relatable work experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Compensation:
- Base salary dependent on experience plus bonus structure
