Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Surrey, BC. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day product presentation and driving a 2 ton Sales vehicle with Mobile Sign.
Tasks such as communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales activities. The Specialist will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding our client base.
Sales Development - Identify and target potential clients, including local businesses, corporate clients, and advertising agencies. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering tailored advertising solutions.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote our billboard advertising services. Utilize email marketing, and other channels to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Use this information to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the benefits of our billboard advertising solutions. Present to clients and negotiate contracts.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns. Coordinate with internal departments to meet client expectations and deliver high-quality results.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics. Provide regular reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Clean Driving License ;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Proven track record in sales management
- Knowledge of marketing strategies
- Experience in the advertising industry
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
