About the Role
Red Rover Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established North American manufacturer serving commercial and institutional markets within the built environment.
Operating within a highly integrated manufacturing environment, our client supports a large and configurable product portfolio where production planning, materials flow, inventory management, supplier coordination, and operational execution are critical to success.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced manufacturing supply chain professional who thrives in operational complexity and enjoys balancing planning, forecasting, inventory, procurement, ERP systems, and manufacturing support within a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead purchasing, planning, inventory, and supply chain coordination activities
- Support production schedules through effective material planning and inventory management
- Balance forecasting, inventory targets, supplier performance, and manufacturing requirements
- Drive MRP and ERP planning processes to support operational performance
- Develop reporting, KPI tracking, and operational insights through ERP systems and Excel
- Improve planning effectiveness, inventory performance, and supply chain execution
- Partner closely with manufacturing, operations, procurement, and leadership teams
Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of manufacturing supply chain experience
- 5+ years leading teams within manufacturing environments
Strong background in:
- Production planning
- Inventory management
- MRP / ERP systems
- Forecasting
- Supplier management
- Manufacturing operations support
Advanced Excel capability:
- Pivot Tables
- XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
- Reporting and dashboards
- Complex formulas
ERP experience including platforms such as:
- AS400, Oracle, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, CMS, or similar manufacturing ERP systems
