About the Role
Renaissance Painting & Carpentry is one of the fastest-growing painting and carpentry companies in Vancouver. We're not looking for someone to just fill a spot, we're looking for a motivated painter/carpenter helper who is eager to learn the trade, take direction well, and hit the ground running from day one. If you want to join a crew that'll genuinely invest in you and have up to 3 months of experience, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Assist experienced painters and carpenter with prep work
- Move and set up ladders, scaffolding, and equipment on jobsites
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Build on your existing skills with hands-on mentorship from seasoned painters and carpenters

Requirements
- Up to 3 months of painting/carpentry or general labor experience (trades experience a bonus)
- Own reliable transportation
- Physically fit and comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
- Fast learner, coachable, punctual, and ready to work hard every day
