Stewart and Sons is currently looking for an administrative assistant/dispatcher.
Job description
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs (Excel and Word).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload, the flexibility to manage multiple tasks, and the ability to support coworkers and staff.
- High attention to detail as well as excellent time management.
- Availability for overtime when necessary.
- Coordination workers schedules
- Answering the phones and dealing with customers regarding billing, service issues, and any other issues
- Other administrative tasks as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
