Responsibilities
- Safely move and park vehicles including trucks within the service lot, ensuring proper placement and organization
- Assist guests with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly and helpful guest services
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the lot, including sweeping, trash removal, and minor upkeep
- Monitor the lot for safety hazards or security concerns, reporting any issues promptly
- Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or service-related charges
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address inquiries
- Support dealership staff with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred but not required
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse customer base
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in payment transactions
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
