At E2Open-the Professional Services Consultant will manage and perform Transportation Management Software (TMS) implementations through leadership, problem solving, and the ability to execute.

Position Responsibilities:
The primary function of this team member is to support and/or lead the implementation of the Cloud Logistics TMS solution. Candidates should be able to:

Translate a customer’s transportation workflow into the software
Configure the TMS based on a customer’s base data and reporting necessities
Gather detailed requirements when enhancements are needed and have the organization to work with development and QA team members to deliver on time, on budget, and meet client needs
Facilitate integration activities with both carriers and partners
Problem solve customer issues and communicate solutions
Work on-site with clients as needed
Establish trust and be a customer’s advocate
Interact with the sales team on sales to service transitions
Transition customers from services to support
Provide occasional support for past customers as needed

Candidate Profile:
Prefer at least two years’ experience in one or more of the following:
Transportation Management software implementations
Industry experience in transportation operations
Business process experience in supply chain execution solutions
Strong customer presence and superior communication skills - over the phone and in-person
Solid work ethic and the ability to be self-sufficient
Able to work collaboratively across departments
Superior computer skills. Programming experience is not required but experience with SQL or scripting is a major plus
This role can be remote. Limited travel (less than 20%) is required
