New Home Handyman / Assistant Site Supervisor
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking full-time New Home Handyman / Assistant to the Site Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with construction experience who is comfortable working with tools, equipment, and machinery and enjoys a variety of tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare residential construction sites
- Set up and operate tools, equipment, and machinery
- Assist with landscaping, excavation, compaction, grading, and site preparation using both hand tools and machinery
- Build, install, and dismantle construction components such as concrete wall forms, scaffolding, barricades, ramps, shoring, and piping
- Load, unload, transport, and deliver building materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist the Site Supervisor with day-to-day construction activities
- Perform general handyman and construction-related work, which may include carpentry, painting, flooring, welding, garbage removal, snow removal, and other duties as required
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in construction, general labour, handyman work, or a similar physically demanding position
- Experience working with tools, equipment, and machinery
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Dependable, organized, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Must be able to provide an acceptable driver’s abstract and pass a criminal record/security clearance
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000–$70,000+ per year, depending on experience

- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
