Looking for a motivated individual to become part of the Sharp Edge team for the 2026 season (June - December 15). We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly, even when no one’s watching, and wants to be part of a tight, high-standard team for the 2026 season.
We are accepting application until 11:59AM on Saturday, June 13, 2026. We are scheduling video interviews on Monday, June 15th between 8AM-12PM & Tuesday, June 16th between 8AM - 10AM. We will be hiring an applicant on Tuesday, June 16th with a start date of Wednesday, June 17th. Applicants must be available during this window to be considered.
Opportunity to come back next season if a good fit. Individual does NOT need any experience in industry, just a positive mindset and willing to learn.
You must be able to work until the end of the season in mid December. Please note all student positions have been filled for the season (May-End of August).
Starting pay $20-23/hr base + pay for performance earning opportunities. Average tech earns $25/hr+. Quarterly profit sharing after passing the probationary period.

Job Description:
- Be part of a team that visits residential homes to complete a variety of maintenance tasks to help with upkeep and appearance of the home. Frequent tasks include: garden clean ups, weekly lawn maintenance, garden bed weeding & edging, shrub and hedge trimming/pruning, spreading mulch, planting and transplanting.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Show up on time everyday
- Conduct general maintenance duties on multiple properties throughout the day
- Work with hand and power tools, as well as small engine equipment such as blowers, lawnmowers, hedge trimmers
- Lift and carry items up to 75lbs multiple times throughout the day.
- Load and unload truck in AM/PM

Candidate Requirements:
- Reliable transport to meeting spot near Oakville GO at 7:45am on weekdays.
- Available to work for 8-12 hours (depending on workload and season)
- Physical stamina to work in hot environments
- Work well in team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Polite and respectful attitude to clients and their properties
- G drivers preferred but not mandatory
