Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Work with the agent to establish and meet sales and marketing goals.
Life Insurance Sales experience
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Proactive in problem-solving
Must be organized and abiliy to handle high pressure situations
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
LLQP license required
Ability to source and generate new client leads and acquire clients
Meet and exceed both individual and team sales targets
Aptitude to establish, develop and build long-lasting client relationships
Dedicated to serving your clients in their best interest
Must work with our clients to understand their objectives and recommend the most suitable solution products to match their needs
Willing to pursue ongoing training, professional development as required
Great communication skills, professional appearance and demeanor
