Duties

- Follow food safety protocols and handle ingredients with care to prevent contamination
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management
- Support the overall food service process by working efficiently during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments, especially with grilling or meal preparation
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
- Ability to serve guests promptly while maintaining quality standards
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques specific to grilling and meat preparation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
