Our Edmonton Tailored Goods location is currently hiring a full time Client Service Supervisor. The Client Service Supervisor is a senior member of the gravitypope team who demonstrates a high level of client service, personal sales, professionalism, product expertise, and leadership. The Client Service Supervisor works closely with Store Management to support sales performance, store operations, administrative tasks and team development. They coach and mentor team members, assist with performance management, and provide leadership and direction to the team. When management is not on duty, the Client Service Supervisor supervises the store and leads the team to ensure client service, operational, and company standards are maintained.
Compensation is based on position responsibilities, relevant experience, job-related skills, location, and performance. This role is also eligible for sales incentive earnings in addition to base pay. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Developing, maintaining, and growing a personal repeat client base
- Actively working to reach individual and store sales goals while identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
- Assist with performance management, employee documentation and training
- Assist with regular administrative duties, including month end, cash reconciliation, deposits, sales goal creation, payroll and other duties, as required
- Staying up-to-date on all procedures, policies, product knowledge, company information, promotions, and campaigns
- Performing store operational duties, such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, visual merchandising, cleaning, stocking shelves, and shipping and receiving, as required
- Acting as an ambassador and bringing positive recognition to the gravitypope brand
The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in an elevated, fashion retail setting preferred
- Previous leadership, supervisory or management experience preferred with a strong understanding of the retail industry and store operations
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, motivate and provide direction to others
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions while demonstrating professionalism, sound judgement, accountability and ethical conduct
- Superior customer service skills with proven track record of building strong client relationships that translate to sales
- Genuine love of fashion, styling and working with people
- Familiarity with gravitypope’s product, clientele, and brand
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, as well as ensure a high quality of work completed within an acceptable timeframe
- High attention to detail
- Self motivated and goal oriented
- Capable of working independently and with others in a collaborative process
